Administrative & HR/Scheduling Support Assistant (Contract)
Overview
Goliath Grower Services is hiring an Administrative & Executive Support Contractor for an 8-week contract running through April and May, with an immediate start.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing a mix of administrative, executive support, HR coordination, and staffing schedule management in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Type: Contractor Duration: 8 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across business operations
Support executive-level coordination, follow-up, and task tracking
Manage staffing schedules and support workforce coordination across scheduling platforms
Update and maintain shift coverage, schedule changes, and staffing records accurately
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, documentation, and recordkeeping
Maintain and update spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
Track information, organize files, and ensure timely follow-through on priorities
Help improve workflow efficiency through strong organization and communication
Qualifications
Proven experience using staff scheduling platforms
Deputy experience is a strong asset and will be prioritized
Strong administrative and executive support background
Experience supporting HR or people-related administrative processes
Advanced spreadsheet skills and confidence working with detailed data
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely and independently with a high level of initiative
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a contractor capacity
