Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).

Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.

Ensure patient dignity and confidentiality are respected at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current CNA certification in the state of [State Name].

CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required).
