Inside Sales Representative

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative. In this position you will support lead pipeline growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience by focusing on lead qualification, outreach, and maintaining high-quality CRM data.

What You’ll Do: 

• Make outbound calls to new leads, web inquiries, and tradeshow contacts 

• Respond to inquiries, document information, and assign to Territory Managers 

• Set follow-ups and appointments

• Re-engage inactive opportunities 

• Follow up on demos, quotes, and inquiries 

• Maintain accurate opportunity stages and customer records 

• Perform CRM audits (duplicates, missing data, stages) 

• Log all customer interactions in CRM

• Administer customer surveys

• Coordinate demos, tours, and events 

• Assist with portal and configurator updates

We’re Looking For: 

• Experience with outbound calling 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Salesforce experience is considered an asset

• Flexibility for evenings/weekends as required

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or related experience
