Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator

The leading home care company in Missouri is seeking a bilingual (Bosnian/English) customer service coordinator in the South County area. 

• Assessing daily needs based on open shifts
• Undertake and implement various staffing solutions
• Placement of newly hired employees
• Able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in hiring and onboarding new employees
• Must be an excellent communicator, strong customer service, and computer skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Experience:

• Bilingual Bosnian/English 
• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Strong knowledge of computer, data entry, and phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve customer service processes
• Experience in building relationships over the phone
• Home Care or other health care knowledge is preferred
