ACA Benefits Specialist

Payentry is looking for an ACA Benefits Specialist to maintains an ACA client base with technical expertise and communication skills. Builds a relationship with clients and effectively communications policies and applicable deadlines to coincide with ACA rules and regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage block of clients utilizing Payentry ACA services.
• Ensure ACA data population by client are sufficiently fulfilled following Payentry protocol, guidelines, and procedures.
• Primary resource contact for all client correspondences and inquiries.
• Resolve ACA and systems related issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Tax department to queue data for IRS filing and forms production.
• Promote and explain Payentry services to existing client base.
• Other assigned duties

What You Bring to Table:

• Relevant administrative or customer service experience
• Professional communication and time management skills applied internally and externally at all levels.
• Detail oriented and accurate with data insertion.
• Compliance with deadlines.
• Computer proficient – use of Payentry payroll systems and products, and MS Office
