Grassa Gramma Italian Ristorante is hiring for a Sous Chef. Belle Noble's newest concept, is growing!   Belle Noble Entertainment Group, the creators of Le Moo and Village Anchor, are committed to Every Guest, Every Time!  Our number priority is the guest's experience.  We employ a variety of initiatives and brand elements that assist our operators in providing the best possible guest experience.  We are searching for dedicated hospitality professionals with high-volume, upscale environments who have a talent for developing relationships and connections with guests.

We are a 100% Scratch, high volume Italian Kitchen. We produce all of our pasta, pastries, and breads in-house in addition to providing one of the most unique dining experiences in the city. We are passionate about hiring individuals who are excited to learn and be a part of a quickly growing restaurant group.


Job Requirements:

Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager Experience (1 year)

Culinary Degree (preferred)

Up-to-Date knowledge on food trends and product

Passion for people and willingness to both teach and learn

ServSafe or comparable Food Handler cerftification
