We are hiring for a Journeyman Electrician with experience in Industrial and commercial projects. As a Journeyman electrician, your main job duties will include:
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Highly technical
- Versatile in industrial and commercial environments
- Able to multi-task
- Capable of training newer electricians
- NEC Code
- Sizing requirements for feeders
- Tooling requirements for jobs
- PPE and Safety Requirements
- Lighting, transformers, motor control, and switchboards
Qualifications
- Licensed Electrician
- Willing to travel and have reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 10, 30, Safeland preferred
- Willing to work OT as required by project deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to wire 120v, 240v, 480v & low voltage systems
- Experience with Measuring, Threading, Bending and Running EMT and Rigid conduit size 1/2"-4"
- Computer applications relevant to the job
- Knowledge of electrical calculations
- Interpreting information from blueprints, plans, drawings, and specifications
