Small Press Operator

We are currently looking to add team members to our small press department to operate a Halm Firejet Press. If you are detailed oriented, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy exceeding customer expectations, you may be the perfect fit!

Job Description: Responsible for producing quality print products in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. Coordinates workload schedule to meet customer timeframe requirements while achieving optimum productivity. Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output. Works closely with other team members to exceed customer expectations. Available to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Skills:

• Review job ticket and assemble appropriate envelope stock, quantities, and ink for job
• Good mechanical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
• Must be detail-oriented
