Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan experience.
Knowledge of mortgage process, underwriting, and
closing procedure for both conventional and government loans.
Ability to multitask in an ever-changing
Good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
HS Diploma required.
College Degree preferred.
Knowledge of Calyx a plus.
