National Retail Installation Supervisor/Team Lead

J & J Service Solutions is looking for Site Supervisors/Team Leads to lead big-box retail installations (new stores, remodels, resets) throughout the Continental U.S.  The National Retail Installation Supervisor/Team Lead will be overseeing and working alongside teams of up to 15 Fixture Installers and Merchandisers, and interacting daily with Company, Customer Management and personnel. 

We are expanding our national footprint, with multiple positions available for immediate hire!  

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Rack and Steel Installation, Fixture Assembly (gondolas, department displays, endcaps, etc.), and Merchandising
• Submitting daily progress reports
• Managing and coaching Employee performance
• Enforcing Safety Guidelines

Requirements of the National Retail Installation Supervisor position:

• 3+ years Retail Install experience
• 1+ years experience leading Retail Install projects (Fixture Installation and Merchandising)
• High School Diploma or equivalency (GED, ABE, etc.)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation to local airport
