Member Service Representative - South Shore

We seek to fill this Member Service Representative "MSR" position with a energetic and career-minded individual who possesses an enthusiastic desire to provide outstanding service while performing cash transactions and financial services in accordance with the Credit Union procedures, the Mission, Vision, Values, and Pledge to our shareholders. The MSR will open new accounts within CU guidelines; provide loan and teller assistance to members, and counsel members and prospective members in person or by phone about the Credit Union & its services. The MSR will work closely with team to meet branch goals for loan and new accounts, as well as, meet individual cross-sell referrals.

Desired Skills and Experience

  •  High school diploma
  •  1+ years financial institution experience 
  •  1+ years Teller experience including check hold approvals and fraud prevention
  •  Experience analyzing credit report
  •  Experience in new accounts, consumer lending, and financial transactions
  •  Outstanding interpersonal skills – with members as well as co-workers
  •  Team leadership
  •  Bilingual English/Spanish helpful
  •  Dependability, flexibility, and enthusiasm

Applicants must be available to work any assigned shift 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm on Friday.
