As a Guest Services Agent at North Myrtle Beach’s #1 Resort, the Avista, you would greet and register our guests and owners.  You are the first point of contact for anyone visiting the resort – this could be owners, guests, vendors.    


  • Greet guests and complete their check-in/check-out process with a friendly attitude
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services/specials being offered
  • Respond to guest inquiries/requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner via phone, in-person, email, text and/or chat
  • Utilize programs for maintenance and housekeeping calls
  • Verify unit availability for realtor showing requests and/or vendor access
