Technology and Data Manager -Curio Franchise Services

What You’ll Do:

You will be is responsible for data management analysis for Curio Franchise Services (“CFS”). You must be proficient in creating and running standardized reports across CFS franchisees. Automating reporting packages to ensure franchisees have accurate, real-time data is an important aspect of the role. Create custom reports on demand as required by franchisees and CFS leadership. Familiarity with business intelligence software. You will need to become an expert at POS Leaf Logics. Other responsibilities include ensuring all technology (hardware and software) is sourced, installed and operating properly at all stores and at corporate.

·       Learn all existing KPI’s and reporting

·       Think pro-actively about KPI and reporting needs

·       Co-develop new KPI’s and reports

·       Learn all existing software including pos systems

·       Oversee installation and management of all new technology

·       Oversee troubleshooting of all systems and hardware issues and collaborate solutions

·       Ensure all systems are compatible and coordinate integration between all systems

·       Bring regular innovation to operations around technology, data and compliance

 What You'll Need:

·       Associates Degree or four (5) years of equivalent job-related experience

·       Deep knowledge and advanced skills in technology and systems (hardware and software)

·       Deep knowledge of reporting, data and analytics

·       Metric and analytically oriented

·       Able to problem solve in real time

·       Capable of effectively communicating with people weak and strong with technology

·       Innovative mindset capable of conducting research into new systems and technology

·       Available all times stores are open for trouble shooting purposes

·       Proficient in excel, SQL, BI/ Data reporting tools, POS software experience preferred Ability and desire to educate and story tell compelling multi-modal stories

·       Ability to be on call
