Guest Services Agent / Front Desk 

Job Description - You will  welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; giving the agent responsibility of a first impression. Some of the daily duties include, but not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to guests reservations.

Job responsibilities –

·         Check guests in and out of resort

·         Issue guest keys appropriately

·         Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests

·         Accommodate guest’s scheduled stay as needed

·         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

·         Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs

·         Resolve quest concern; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services

Guest Services Agent Requirements -

·         Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

·         Previous experience is preferred but not required

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
