THE ROLE: R&D Grower
The R&D Grower will be working alongside the Plant Research & Development team to monitor and maintain crop health of various types, R&D crops and aid in plant trials. They will be responsible for tracking crop metrics, performance and optimal harvest timing via experimental design, visual evaluation, and data analysis. The grower will further innovation through aid in design and execution on agricultural research and development efforts. - Monitor, operate, and report on farming operations.
- Assist with propagation, seeding, plant movement, spacing, and
irrigation of plants under controlled climate.
- Complete daily key operational checklists, including nutrition and

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
