We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional--enthusiastic, creative, qualified candidates to join our culinary team. Essence Restaurant Group (Bistro Bella Vita and The Green Well) creates extraordinary dining experiences with our family of concept restaurants known for exceptional service, knowledgeable associates, creative cuisine and superior beverage.  The ideal candidate would have experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment looking to grow their skills in a culinary and leadership sense.

The successful applicant will have previous experience:

  • Working in a busy kitchen
  • Menu embellishment
  • Ordering and inventory
  • Workable knowledge of food cost
  • Rostering staff

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
