BRIDGE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Anderson Engineering, Inc. is an engineering consulting firm that offers a wide variety of design and development services. The team of professionals are made up of approximately 200 employees located in offices throughout Missouri, Florida, and Arkansas. We are an employee-owned company that has grown from three to ten offices in the last five years. We are looking for enthusiastic team members to be a part of the AE family.
Anderson Engineering has an immediate opening for a Structural Project Engineer/Manager with experience with bridge design projects.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Project Management
- Proposals
- Contracts
- Design Calculations
- Preparation of Construction Documents
- Estimating Quantities and Construction Costs
- Construction Phase Services
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Structural Engineering
- Licensed P.E. Required
- 5+ years experience designing bridge structures
- Experience using structural design software
- Ability to understand construction concepts and how components work together
- Familiarity with interpreting engineering contract documents and codes
- Must possess the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with a variety of professionals
- Strong problem solving skills
- Capable of working independently with little supervision while being an effective member of a larger team
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks or project simultaneously
