Job Summary 

Oscar’s Brewing Company is looking for dedicated Pizza Cooks who enjoy working in a strong team environment. Applicants must have professional kitchen experience in a high paced restaurant. A background in upscale dining is appreciated!

Responsibilities and Duties

As an OBC Pizza Cook:

• You stock and set up your station with all essential provisions

• You label, date and rotate all food, following FIFO procedures 

• You cook and prepare all menu items in accordance with OBC recipes and standards

• You ensure that all food handling areas are maintained thoroughly clean

• You ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products

• You execute multiple food orders quickly, timely and effectively 

• You thoroughly clean and wrap up your station upon completion of serve

Qualifications and Skills 

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Be organized, attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Have great communication skills and be able to work as a team!

• Function well when under stress

• Have a current food handler permit

• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and evenings

• Able to meet physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and standing for 8 hours or more

• Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity
