Remote Call Center Representative
We are seeking experienced Remote Call Center Representatives to provide high-quality customer support from home. This is not an entry-level role, candidates must be comfortable handling high call volumes while delivering professional and empathetic service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with questions and requests
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments
- Document all interactions in internal systems
- Follow scripts and processes while using problem-solving skills
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a remote call center environment (non-negotiable).
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.·
- Excellent verbal communication and strong phone etiquette.
- Advanced soft skills – empathy, patience, active listening, and clear articulation.
- Technically proficient – able to manage multiple systems and applications during calls.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
- Reliable Laptop or Desktop
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with Louisiana parishes, local language/phrases, and community nuances.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and professionally handle escalated calls.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
