Civil Engineer
Providence, a Baton Rouge-based engineering firm providing environmental and engineering services, is seeking a Civil Engineer. We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical background in transportation, construction engineering, drainage, coastal, and/or wastewater, and project management.
Experience and Skills :
· B.S. in Engineering
· Five to eight years of experience in general civil engineering, construction engineering, drainage, coastal, and/or wastewater
· Louisiana PE or ability to obtain
· Construction compliance experience
· Experience in preparing plans in AutoCAD
· Louisiana DOTD project experience preferred
· Work effectively as a team member
· Exercise initiative and innovative thinking
· Organize, prioritize and perform multiple task
· Experience with conducting and/or managing projects
· Proven business development skills and client interaction/management
