Administrative & HR/Scheduling Support Assistant (Contract)

This is a remote role Contract $20.00/hour

Overview

Goliath Grower Services is hiring an Administrative & Executive Support Contractor for an 8-week contract running through April and May, with an immediate start.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing a mix of administrative, executive support, HR coordination, and staffing schedule management in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM


Type: Contractor Duration: 8 weeks


Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across business operations

  • Support executive-level coordination, follow-up, and task tracking

  • Manage staffing schedules and support workforce coordination across scheduling platforms

  • Update and maintain shift coverage, schedule changes, and staffing records accurately

  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, documentation, and recordkeeping

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy

  • Track information, organize files, and ensure timely follow-through on priorities

  • Help improve workflow efficiency through strong organization and communication

Qualifications

  • Proven experience using staff scheduling platforms

  • Deputy experience is a strong asset and will be prioritized

  • Strong administrative and executive support background

  • Experience supporting HR or people-related administrative processes

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and confidence working with detailed data

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work remotely and independently with a high level of initiative

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a contractor capacity
