handling the administrative aspects of servicing loans from the time the
proceeds are disbursed until the loan is paid off.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs file maintenance on all loan accounts
including but not limited to late fee waivers, payment corrections/reversals,
auto transfer setup, etc.
Process daily loan payments via mail and online
Process Special Assets maintenance requests, such as
Bankruptcy notices, Non-Accruals, Charge-offs, etc.
Responsible for reviewing and processing daily Non-Accrual
Process advances on non-construction lines of credit,
via officer requests and online banking, verifying request is compliant with
Monitors returned mail, update Horizon and notify
Responsible for boarding loans into Horizon, including
but not limited to: Consumer, Commercial, Master Commitments.
Process requested payoff quotes and confirmation
Responsible for monitoring and processing customer
credit bureau disputes through E-Oscar.
with lenders and their assistants to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Excellent written and verbal
Ability to work independently,
efficiently and innovatively as part of a team
Must work well under pressure, meeting
Computer skills, including proficiency
in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial bank or other financial institution.
Knowledge of consumer and commercial
lending, real estate, loan documentation, lien documentation, as well as state
and federal compliance and lending regulations
