The Lehigh Valley Ironpigs strive to provide a positive and memorable experience for every guest every time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended hours (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to lift 25lbs. frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Responsibilities:

All Concessions attendants may be considered for cross-training in multiple locations of the ballpark at managements discretion. General responsibilities for all positions include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for food and beverage support and assistance of all premium areas
• Ensures premium food and beverage areas are stocked with proper food, beverage, and any additional product before and during event
• Stock all self-serve soda coolers prior to the event
• Work closely with suite and hospitality attendants to set up and break down food service buffet areas and equipment post event
• Inventory all products at the beginning and end of each event, along with tracking any in game transfers
• Responsible for post-game cleanliness of back pantry and walk-in cooler area

Premium areas include: Luxury Suites, Party Porches, Dugout Suites, the Tiki Terrace, and the Club Bar

Staff Uniform:

• Ironpigs Black Polo Shirt (provided)
• Black pants (associates responsibility)
• Comfortable shoes; non skid shoes highly recommended (associates responsibility)

Job Type: Part-time Seasonal

Pay Compensation: $12/hr.
