JOB SUMMARY:  Requires Employee to perform a variety of tasks and assignments according to department procedure for food preparation. Is expected to analyze situations and act within the scope of standard procedures. Must be able to make accurate and timely decisions. Ensuring that proper safety and sanitation is implemented at all times in the dietary department.

 Regulatory Requirements:

·                    High school graduate or equivalent.

Language Skills:

·                    Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

·                    Additional languages preferred.

This job includes delivering meals on weekends.
