Civil CAD Technician

We are looking for a Civil CAD Technician to join our Destin, FL team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist in gathering data for various projects.
• Contribute to private Land Development and Public Infrastructure civil engineering projects. 
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Perform office tasks, such as research and preparation of CAD files.
• Work under the guidance of experienced CAD Technicians to create accurate CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Review engineer and survey drawings to gain a better understanding of project components.
• Support the team with any other assigned duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of CAD related drafting/design experience.
• Proficiency in preparing CAD drawings with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to create high-quality civil designs.
• Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, even if you don't possess all the desired skills for this position.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
