Kolbe’s customer service and operations department is staffed with helpful, positive people who are passionate about solving problems for our customers and other team members. We love to promote within and people tend to stay around the company for a long time. We are looking for someone located within commuting distance to our office in Phoenix, AZ, though the ability to work remotely a few days per week is possible after a training period.
So, what does Kolbe do, exactly? We help people discover and use their instinctive strengths with our powerful assessments and other tools. Your role is to make it easier for customers to take our assessments online, use our software more effectively, and connect with our amazing consultants, and Account Reps.
Kolbe’s flagship product is the Kolbe A™ Index — a powerful, 36 question assessment that helps people understand how they naturally take action. Because this assessment is so integral to our work, candidates will take this as part of our interview process.
