Program Assistant for Graduate Nursing
Provides
administrative support to the Chair of Nursing and Health Department, Program
Administrator, Director of Graduate Nursing Programs, Coordinators of all MSN
tracks, Director of DNP, Nursing
faculty, and other duties as assigned. Duties include general clerical,
administrative, and project based work for all Graduate Programs and other
Department projects to promote the goals of the Department as a whole.
Qualifications:
· At least 4 years administrative secretarial experience preferred
· Undergraduate degree preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other computer applications
· Ability to use tact and diplomacy in interpersonal relationships
· Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Acceptance of the responsibility to promote the welfare and best interests of undergraduate and graduate nursing students at all times and accept and commit to the mission, values, goals, and objectives of the Department of Nursing and Health
· Dedicated to working as a team member within the Department. May need to work on other duties as assigned.
