Dispatcher - Towing

Our ideal candidate has a background in trucking/transportation dispatching.

We are looking for first shift and mid shift dispatchers to join our Team. The hours for these positions are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and 10:00 am - 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities include answering phones, entering calls into dispatch system, dispatching drivers, updating customers, and collecting payments.

Skills

· Data entry skills

· Experience with proprietary software

· Proficiency in English and in MS Office

· Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

· Ability to utilize multi line phone system

· Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
