Maintain strict inventory control
Assist in produce, meat, and dry good inventory, ordering, and receiving
Knowledge of proper food rotation and spoilage prevention.
Knowledge of best practices for food labeling and storage.
Plan and execute the days goals with another member of the production team.
Strong attention to detail and high level or organization
Assist in all aspects of menu production for Ceremony Cafes.
Very good knife skills.
Demonstrate can do attitude and positive outlook.
Take full responsibility for professionally cleaning and closing kitchen
Self-motivated and able to stay on task independently
Ability to “think on the fly” and restructure tasks as needed
Process a sense of urgency and work with purpose.
Ability to multitask and prioritize food prep
Follow recipes and convert recipes for larger or smaller portions
Follow written, verbal, or diagramed instructions thoroughly
Maintain clean and organized kitchen at all times
Adhere to Health Department guidelines.
Able to stand for duration of shift.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to pass background check or drug test.
