Monitor Federal and
state regulations, laws and programs (including but not limited to TILA, RESPA,
ECOA, FDCPA, FCRA, FACTA, HMDA, GLB, FHA/VA, Bankruptcy and fair lending
implementing federal regulations and state laws, including Financial Reform,
NMLS, SAFE Act, AIR, MDIA, and RESPA Reform).

Works closely with
operations to implement any required changes of law related to loan origination
processes including definition of TRID, Qualified Mortgage, TILA, RESPA, FCRA,

covering new and existing laws and regulations affecting the company and
