Outside Sales Representative

Our company, H.E. Neumann is seeking a qualified candidate for an Outside Sales Representative position. We're looking for an outgoing candidate who is willing to bring us new business.

Responsibilities:

-Ability to sell preventive maintenance programs or projects designed to reduce owning and operating costs to building owners, property managers, and senior level executives in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings

-Has proven track record in sales (HVAC experience is not required, but a plus)

-Someone who is energetic and personable

-A focused and persistent person who isn't afraid to be told no

-A self-starter who will continuously generate and follow-up on leads

-Can prepare and present proposals to future clients

-Close business designed to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
