CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents.  The Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, oral care and eating, as well as providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will possess a current Mississippi, Certified Nursing Assistant Certification and have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with residents of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating and oral care.

• Provide companionship and support to residents, including engaging in activities and conversation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
  

• Communicate effectively with residents and co-workers, as well as other team members and management

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a current Mississippi Certified Nursing Assistant Certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents of all ages
