Major Functions: To assist the bartending staff as needed.
Responsibilities: To keep the bar area stocked and assist bartenders as needed.
Qualifications: Must have strong organizational and time management skills
Must be fluent in English and demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly with guests and co-workers.
Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
Must have basic knowledge of menu items
Knowledge of drink menu and ingredients a must.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a high school diploma
Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and cordial behavior

Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
Must complete state specific (Delaware) TIPS or Comparable Training
Essential Tasks: Must demonstrate knowledge of bar opening and closing procedures and assist as needed
Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Interacts verbally with all guests, creating a service oriented and upbeat atmosphere.
Maintain clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and aesthetic standards
Complete all side-work according to standard
Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired customers.
Respond to guest inquiries to satisfy any special requests.
Complies with all established F&B standards
Must be able to recognize and react to needs during high volume times
Execute other duties as assigned by management
