The Hot Tub & Home Care Specialist will be accountable for performing all daily tasks associated with hot tubs and home care.
Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of hot tubs including:
Closing and opening pools and hot tubs.
Completing basic hot tub repairs.
Completing regular service of pools and hot tubs including: vacuuming, chemical balancing, and weekly cleaning.
Performing chemical checks in a safe manner to ensure required levels are maintained.
Complete inspections of residential units including major systems (hot water tanks, boilers, ventilation, and major appliances) to ensure proper function and contacting outside vendors for service if necessary.
Perform all daily tasks for upkeep of club facilities.
Complete all assigned preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule.
Complete work orders as assigned.
Work with outside contractors, as directed.
Maintain positive interactions with all club members and guests, providing a high level of customer service.
Perform work in a safe manner in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
Perform any and all duties as assigned by the Chief Maintenance Manager or other members of the senior management team, as deemed appropriate.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to speak, understand, read and write in English.
Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions.
Positive engaged disposition with willingness to learn and progress
Must possess basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Working knowledge of hotel/resort operations preferred.
Some mechanical, plumbing, and/ or electrical skills preferred.
