Full-Time Dispatcher (Two Positions available)

Position: Full-Time Dispatcher
Schedule Options (Monday–Friday):

• Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Shift 2: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description:
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating operations, communicating with drivers/field staff, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to service requests
• Dispatch drivers or personnel in an efficient and timely manner
• Monitor schedules and track job progress
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Handle issues or delays professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

•  Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Prior dispatch or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Dependable and punctual
