We are looking for an enthusiastic retail experienced Motoring Advisor to join our sales team as we continue to provide the exceptional service that exemplifies our dealership.

What do we expect from our Motoring Advisors?

·         Exceeding customers' expectations by making the vehicle purchasing experience amazing and fun.

·         Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of new and pre-owned vehicles.

·         Expanding our customer network by promoting and developing new business.

·         Demonstrating initiative in learning and understanding our products and marketing competition.

·         Actively maintaining your current customer and referral network.

·         Handling customer escalations and act as a liaison to resolve customer concerns.

·         Acting as a brand ambassador by professionally representing the MINI Richmond brand.

What should you possess?

·         Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.

·         A great attitude towards customer service is required.

·         Commitment to driving sales and achieving store targets both individually and as a team.

·         Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills – active listening skills.

·         Passion for learning about the latest vehicle technology.

·         Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Other Requirements:

·         Valid BC driver's license, and clean driver's abstract are required for this role.

·         In order to sell cars, you will need to be able to successfully acquire a valid VSA license.

·         Manual transmission experience is required
