Biohabitats is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide support to our accounting team and project managers. This position will work closely with the controller, the operations team leader, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate billing, project set up, budget maintenance, project compliance, contract review and other various administrative duties. 

Biohabitats offers ecological restoration, conservation planning, and regenerative design services to government and private clients throughout the country.

 Roles  

  • Coordinate project and budget set-up along with contract reviews
  • Create monthly client invoices in coordination with project managers for a variety of projects
  • Review project details to identify variances and facilitate necessary adjustments
  • Evaluate contract requirements to ensure compliance with terms
  • Assist in the completion of client and vendor contracts utilizing existing templates 

Required Skills

  • Experience with contract review and billing in the A/E or construction industry or other related fields
  • An understanding of Office 365 programs (particularly Excel and Word)
  • Knowledge of various contract terms and requirements
  • Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and prioritize tasks  

Helpful Skills  

  • Experience with Deltek Vision is advantageous to this position

Education

BS in business administration or other related field 

Years of experience:
2+ years in a similar position  

Salary
$55,000-$60,000 per year
