For Over 40 years, Cross Gates Family Fitness has been a huge part of helping people of all ages enjoy the sport they love in Tennis. Our tennis courts are at our Military Rd. Club that boasts a 10 acre campus. We have 8 beautifully manicured hard courts, and 8 dedicated pickleball courts, and multiple viewing decks to host social events. In addition to Tennis, we offer racquetball, sport training, world class fitness centers, luxurious locker rooms, a spa, full service cafe, indoor basketball courts, and a full suite of rooms for child care.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tennis Director to lead our tennis program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tennis, a strong background in working with junior players, and a drive to create opportunities for growth and development. This person will be responsible for all club events, leagues, sponsorships, budgets, and community outreach.

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive adult, junior, and future players tennis program, catering to various age groups and skill levels.

• Provide high-quality instruction and coaching to adults, junior, and future players, emphasizing skill development, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.

• Organize and manage adult, junior tournaments, leagues, and events to foster a sense of community and competition.

• Collaborate with other tennis professionals and staff to ensure a seamless and cohesive tennis experience for all members.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in junior tennis coaching and program development.

• USPTA or PTR certification preferred.

• Proven experience in coaching adult, junior, and future tennis players.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive tennis environment.

The salary and commission is competitive and in line with the income for a Tennis Director in the Southeast USA.
