Job Title: Real Estate Office Manager / Transaction Coordinator

Location: Columbia, MD

Type: Temp-to-Perm; Full-Time

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm. Some weekend or late shifts may be required

Salary: Open to Negotiation, Depending on Experience

Start: ASAP

We are currently seeking a flexible, energetic, and hardworking individual to work at our client site in Columbia, MD. In this role, you would be working in a fast-paced and growing real estate office; serving in an administrative and transaction coordinator capacity.

Job Duties:

·         Responding to Email Correspondence

·         Answering and Directing Phone Calls

·         Answering customer questions regarding Listings

·         Assisting Agents with property details

·         Managing Calendars for Agents and Executives

·         Maintaining Admin Schedule(s) & responsibilities

·         Arranging photos and videos for Listings

·         Entering Listings into MLS (Multiple Listing Systems)

·         Handling contract writing (Pre and Post Ratification)

·         Handling small transactions

·         Additional Responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

·         Real Estate Experience

·         Strong communication skills; both written and oral.

·         Energetic and outgoing personality

·         Hard Working and Flexible

·         Cross Trainable

·         Experience working in Small Teams

·         Experience working in a Fast-Based Office setting

·         Tech Savvy

·         Experienced with Excel

·         Experience with Multiple listing system software’s

Preferred Experience:

·         Management Experience

·         Bilingual (Spanish & English)

·         Real Estate License is a plus

·         Experience working as a transaction coordinator in a small office
