Job Summary:

Serve as an integral part of the Camps & Events team by being responsible for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of campers throughout each week, and for maintaining standards that lead to a quality camping program. Camp staff share the Gospel and demonstrate the love of Christ while leading campers through various adventure recreation activities and Bible Study.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Camper Safety
• Sharing the Gospel
• Successfully leading campers through daily camp schedule & activities
• Participate in daily & weekly debrief times
• Being prompt and on time
• Maintaining excellent guest and public relations
• Developing and practicing leadership skills

Key Performance Indicators:

• Leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, and management skills:
• Christian leader with the ability to lead others in a Christ-like manner and readily share the Gospel.
• Team Player:

                 o   Understands the importance of teamwork

                 o   Successfully works with others in a team environment.
