Currently, Vysnova is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Management Analyst for potential full-time work upon contract award. This position is supporting the USMC PMO-LAV in Detroit Arsenal, MI
Location: PMO-LAV in Detroit Arsenal, MI
Specific Tasks will include:
- Contractor shall prepare new, manage existing and update schedules using Microsoft Project for
LAV programs as well as an overarching USMC Family of Light Armored Vehicles schedule. Schedules
shall be prepared to at least the 5th indenture level with linked predecessor and successor tasks.
- Integrated Master Schedule (CDRL A001). Contractor shall provide an IMS that identifies supply
and demand for each program required by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) IAW CDRL
A001. Contractor shall gather data from PM Representatives and prime contractors and synthesize this
data into detailed, critical milestone schedules IAW CDRL A001, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Information gathering may be a result of attending meetings and may require conducting follow-on
sessions to ensure an understanding of the team’s acquisition strategy and the steps that need to be
included in the schedule in order for the program to be successful.
- Contractor shall build, monitor and analyze the overall FOLAV schedule, identifying interfaces and
potential conflicts between various projects. Contractor shall identify all schedule tasks conflicts by the
associated tasks delivered in the most current IMS IAW CDRL A001.
3.3.5 Off-site meetings (CDRL A002): Contractor shall attend off-site meetings when authorized by the
COR. For each meeting attended away from Detroit Arsenal, contractor shall provide a trip report in
accordance with CDRL A002, Trip Report.
- Travel (CDRL A002): Contractor personnel may be required to travel in order to perform this task
order. The COR must authorize all travel in advance. Authorized travel shall be payable as a direct cost
and vouchers for reimbursement of travel must be included with the monthly invoice and approved by the
COR prior to payment. There will be no reimbursement for local travel in and around contractor’s place
of performance at Detroit Arsenal (within 50 mile radius).
