We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant with advanced Excel and financial data experience to support senior leadership and manage budgeting and reporting functions.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel in both executive support and hands-on financial data management. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting while ensuring seamless administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.

ONSITE - Not remote Position
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-volume meetings, and provide detail-driven administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Support leadership with special projects and day-to-day operational needs
Budgeting & Financial Data (Primary Focus)
- Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for budgeting, tracking, and reporting
- Compile, analyze, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support departmental and company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Generate clear, decision-ready financial reports for leadership
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (formulas, data analysis, financial tracking, reconciliation)
- Proven experience working with budgeting, financial reporting, or accounting data
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Background in finance, accounting, or data analysis
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
