Who You’d Be Working With

You are the first contact with our potential customers, and you will be developing and maintaining relationships with our existing customers. You report directly to the Location Manager.

How You’ll Work at Captain HookResponsibility and Empowerment

You will be answering calls and emails, creating and delivering quotes via phone and email, and tracking these quotes through to sale. These quotes must be accurate and delivered quickly. After the sale you will be creating the work order for dispatch to our drivers.You create the work orders that our drivers use to service the customers, so it is your responsibility to be as detailed as possible.  We will give you product and service training and all of the tools and support necessary to succeed in your position! Because this is a remote position, you must possess the ability to work independently. This includes problem solving and initiative!

Location

This is a remote position. You must have a dedicated space to work, reliable internet, and be immediately responsive for phone calls and emails from 8AM to 5PM with an hour break for lunch.

Day in the Life

Hours are 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday. 1 hour for lunch taken between 11AM and 1PM.

Compensation

Compensation starts at $15 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses tied to performance and overall profitability. We also offer health and dental insurance and cover 100% of employee’s premium.

You’re a customer service representative who is ready to join a great culture and be an instrumental part of an exciting, fast paced team!

  • You are highly personable and able to manage a wide range of personalities
  • You are detail oriented and can systematically track a deal through all stages of a sales process.
  • You can manage Rental contracts and work orders from sale through the completion of the contract.
  • You can create detailed work orders and communicate effectively with service drivers
  • You can manage a schedule with multiple service resources
