Receptionist

King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Receptionist to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone and/or paging system
  • Answer incoming telephone calls; determine nature of the call and direct caller to appropriate personnel and/or department
  • Receive, sort, stamp, and distribute in-house and out-going mail as directed
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information
  • Report suspicious persons, unusual occurrences, and unsafe/hazardous conditions to Supervisor immediately
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may become necessary or appropriate

Receptionist Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent

Preferred

  • 1+ years of healthcare receptionist experience
