Our staff are not only leaders but friends, teachers and role models to all of our campers. Camp staff members are a dedicated group of responsible young adults carefully selected for their character, maturity, skills and sincere interest in the growth and development of youth.

Leadership counsellors play a vital role at Big Cove as they are directly involved with training future Big Cove staff.
