In this position you will be based in our Trexlertown location and communicate with our members through face to face video interaction to:

    •Process deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, make payments and other basic banking transactions.            
    •Educate our members on the convenient use of our state of the art interactive transaction machines (ITMs).
    •Be able to identify additional referral opportunities while always keeping the needs of our members first.

As a Full Time Member Experience Associate - Video Teller you will be scheduled to work 40 hour per week within the schedule outlined below:

Monday-Friday - 7:45am-8:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am – 3:00pm

High level of oral and written communication skills along with excellent telephone skills and the ability to follow oral and written instructions is essential. Must be comfortable using new technologies.  Must be customer focused, have knowledge of web based technology with basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent along with 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and teller work is required. Experience in a financial service institution, sales experience and fluency in Spanish strongly preferred. EOE
