What you will do:
As an Administrative Support/Receptionist, you will be the
face of our Corporate Office and create first impressions on guests and
visitors. You will have a stable work
schedule and will welcome our visitors by greeting them in person or on
the telephone, direct them appropriately, answer or refer inquiries, maintain
security and execute administrative tasks as assigned.
A high school diploma or the equivalent along with 0-1 years
of experience in secretary or administrative assistant field is required. You
must have knowledge of web-based technology, strong interpersonal, written and
verbal communication skills, ability to follow procedures and work flow
processes and possess working knowledge of office equipment such as phones,
printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines. An engaging personality and
displaying courtesy and professionalism in every interaction is essential. EOE
