WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Unit Manager, you provide quality care and the best nursing practices to our residents. You oversee the nursing unit and ensure our residents receive quality nursing care. As the Unit Manager you will supervise the nurses and cnas that are assigned to your unit. To ensure quality nursing care is provided to our residents, you assess residents, make daily rounds, delegate work assignments, instruct coworkers, make recommendations, and perform needed treatments on patients. A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse with a current license, with no restrictions
Long term care (LTC) experience preferred but not required
Computer skills
