What You Will Do

As part of a collaborative team, the Project Manager is accountable for the execution of multiple design-build high-rise developments, from preliminary design to close out. The Project Coordinator will support the same.

Design development
Permitting from appropriate authorities
Budgeting, take-offs, and cost estimating
Schedule and management plans
Contract management
Project meetings
Invoice approvals and progress draws
Quality control programs
Safety program, and standards
Closeout process

What You Bring to the Table

Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma
High-rise multi-unit residential construction
Project management/coordination experience
Organization
Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Solid written and verbal communication
Leadership qualities
Results-driven mindset
