Summary

Responsible for all cashiering and filling of orders as well as assisting management with training new employees and opening and closing restaurants. 

Job Duties

This position leads by example in meeting hospitality standards. Main duties include training new employees, assisting food court management with the opening and closing of restaurants, reviewing checklists to ensure coworkers have opened and or closed restaurants properly, greeting the guest, taking orders, ensuring proper filling of orders, and payment for orders. Must adhere to cash handling SOP’s and variance policy. Must ensure that station is kept clean and organized before, during, and after shift. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

 

 

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.  Must be able to qualify for and maintain license as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have full working knowledge of MICROS POS.  Must be Serv-Safe certified.  Must be TIPS or RAMP certified.  Must be knowledgeable and adhere to all PLCB regulations.
